400 blogs today...

It's almost been exactly four years since I started this blog, and I haven't regretted one moment. I love writing, and feel my creativity flourish even more when I blog, as opposed to writing with a pen and paper. Praise God for His amazing gifts He has given to each one of us!

Today was a full and busy day, but at the end of it all, I can look back and praise God for coming through on things that I had been worrying needlessly about. I also found out that, after this semester, I only have one more course and my internship left, and I am finished! That means I can graduate next year! Praise the Lord!

Tomorrow, my beloved Jake is returning after being gone all week. I am sure we will find some time to hang out and catch up on all that we missed. It's so different trying to convey feeling and events through text. Frankly, I dislike it muchly. So all that to say I believe it is going to be a great day :)

Have a good evening, or week-end, if I don't blog again tomorrow...

Love,
Ashleigh

My Darling

Here I am at last!
I'll bet you thought I had abandoned your blog site!
As one who has read and printed out, and commented on almost every single one since you began, I see that the last one I registered in at, was back in December!

Now this does not mean that I have not read each and every once since then and maybe made a personal email reply back to you.

I also have each and everyone of them filed to be responded to and I will endeavour at some point in time to try to get back to them and do so.

But getting back to TODAY !!

Your 400th blog!!

I cannot let that one go by without at least some response.

Through these past years since you first began when you were leaving for Brazil back in March of 2006, we have watched you develop and hone your talents and skills at writing your innermost thoughts and you have delighted us with your various stories, poems and adventures.

Now your college days are coming to an end this next year and graduation will be the next step in the sequence of events.

A godly young man has come into your live and another whole chapter has opened up there for you with unwritten pages just waiting to be added .

God has had His hand on you since you were born and indeed as the one year anniversary approaches of your collapse and miraculous recovery comes up, we see that He definitely is not finished with you yet!

Your life, dreams and His plans are yet to be seen, but as you move ahead, I sense that each day He is opening your eyes and teaching you His lessons for you and when the time is right, you will know what He has in mind for your future.

Be alwats ready to hear His still small voice and follow where He will lead you.

God bless both you and Jake as you too move ahead in your relationship and future plans.

Every tomorrow has two handles. We can take hold of it with the handle of anxiety or the handle of faith.

We love you so much
