If I could see the future and how this plays out....

Last night I worked a five hour shift- although I don't know how you could call it work. We only had two customers pick up kilts from 3-5, and no one else came in from 5-8. It was neat, though, because I was able to chat with my manager about many things. A lot of our conversations at work involve religion, the body, and, surprisingly, birthing. I enjoy talking with her and hearing her world view on things. Even though it's fun when we don't actually have to work, I sincerely hope that it's busy tonight, or at least steady so that the time goes by faster.

I am hoping to study for an exam today-both Jake and I have homework to do, so we're going to try to do it together, and see how that works. I don't usually do homework with people, but at this point, I will try anything to see if it will help.

May God bless you all today!

Love,
Ashleigh

Ashleigh My darling

Congrats on # 300.
I couldn’t figure out where I saw that part, because it is not on the web site blog.
I went back and read the email for that part.

Of course that is a milestone and you know that we do read everyone and I have also PRINTD each one out and I am on the 2nd binder to hold them all!

You are a great writer and I am sure that in years to come when you look back on the journals you have kept, that there will probably be surprises on how you looked at various things through the years.

Even though it doesn’t sound like they are too busy at the store, for this time this may be the reason you are still working there so you can share with your manager.

I know your experience really touched her when we met her at the hospital and the fact that you can talk openly on many subjects with her may be just why God wants you there now.

I do hope that the studying with Jake will help you to focus on the assignments and that they too will soon be behind you.
I hope that you have a great weekend..
Do you have any plans for the holiday?
Here is my thought for today!
